Meet Olivia Gorander, A New Dawn’s fellow for the fall semester of 2014. 

Currently studying for her bachelor’s degree in social work at the University of Lund, Sweden, Olivia will work in the City of Rahat at the Al Salam Elementary School and with the A New Dawn’s afterschool English program at Rahat’s Al Najak High School.

Throughout her experience interning in the Negev Bedouin community, Olivia will share her experiences via her blog, Volunteering in the Negev. She has kindly agreed to let us share them with you.
