Mike has nearly 20 years of experience working in the nonprofit sector.  Most recently he served as Head of Finance and Operations at MAOZ and prior to that as Director of the WUJS Israel Program and Director of Community Volunteering for Young Judaea Year Course over a ten year period.  Within these roles, Mike developed a deep understanding of financial management in the nonprofit world, while always maintaining his personal, educational and values-based approach to the task at hand.  Mike is a graduate of the MBA program specialising in social leadership and nonprofit management at Ben-Gurion University in partnership with the Mandel Foundation.  He made Aliyah from the UK in January 2000 and is passionate about strategic social change on a local and international level.
